The Client is informed of the regulations on marketing communication, the 21 June 2014 Confidence in the Digital Economy Act, the 6 August 2004 Loi Informatique & Liberté as well as the European General Data Protection Regulation GRPD (2016-679).

The person in charge of collection of personal data as regards the creation of the User’s personal account, is MARC LAKIS. Aesbet.com is legally represented by MARC LAKIS.
Aesbet.com is responsible for the management of the data collected and shall comply with the legal provisions in this respect. 7.3 Right of access and rectification, right to object
In appliance with the current European legislation, the Users of Aesbet.com are granted the following rights:

Should Aesbet.com hear of the death of a User and with no specific instructions, Aesbet.com is committed to erasing the data, unless their conservation is deemed necessary for purposes of proof or a legal requirement.

Should this happen, the User shall specify the personal data to be rectified, updated or erased and give clear identification (passport or ID card).
Enquiries regarding the erasure of personal data will be dealt with in compliance with the legal obligations imposed to Aesbet.com, in particular for conservation or storage of documents. 7.4 Non-disclosure of personal data
Aesbet.com shall not process, host or transfer its Client’s personal data to a country outside the European Union or known as “inadequate” by the European Commission without the client’s prior consent. Having said that, Aesbet.com is free to choose its technical and commercial sub-contractors, as long as they offer sufficient guarantees relating to the requirements of the GRDP (2016-679).
Aesbet.com shall take all necessary measures to maintain the safety of the information and ensure that the data are not forwarded to unauthorised parties. Should an incident impacting the confidentiality of the Client’s information happen, Aesbet.com will immediately inform the Client and explain the follow-up action. It has to be noted that Aesbet.com does not collect any “sensitive data”. Aesbet.com , celle-ci devra dans les meilleurs délais informer le Client et lui communiquer les mesures de corrections prises. Par ailleurs Aesbet.com ne collecte aucune « données sensibles ».
The User’s personal data may be processed by Aesbet.com subsidiaries and sub-contracting parties (service providers), with the exclusive aim to complete the present policy.
The parties that are likely to have access to the User’s personal data are Aesbet.com’s agents under the direct authority of our client department.
7.5 Types of data collected
As regards the Users of Aesbet.com, we collect the data necessary for the fulfilment of our operations. Once the contract is terminated, the maximum period of storage is 9 months.

No personal data on the users of the Aesbet.com website is published, exchanged, transferred, given or sold to third parties, without the User’s consent. Only the potential take-over of Aesbet.com and its rights would make it a possibility to have the personal data transferred to the buyer who would in turn meet the same legal obligations as regards the conservation and modification of data.
