Our scope of activity
We perform the technical survey relating to the structures of a construction project. This work is divided into the following stages:
ESQ : Participation in the choice of constructive principles
APS : Participation in the development of structural principles
APD : Definition and pre-measurement of the main structures
PRO : Identification of sections and stability justification, calculation of vertical loads, plans and sections, technical specification, set of detailed principles.
DCE : Update with the observations of the project manager and building inspector.
ACT : Evaluation of tenders and involvement in the procurement process.
VISA : Approval of the various workshop drawings
DET : Participation in the executive management of the project.
AOR : Participation in the acceptance of the works.
EXE : Production of engineering designs outlining the structural elements of the project for the construction stage. Production of all types of plans, from design to execution.
