The structural survey makes it possible to identify the best structural system of a project. We systematically look for the most suitable solution in the design and execution stages, after assessing the geological, architectural and regulatory constraints. We can therefore optimise the quantity of materials and costing. We also ensure compliance with the regulations applicable in France and in the EU, such as the Eurocodes.
Our execution survey consists of:
- Plans for formwork and reinforcement bars with markings and sizing
- Measurement and details of structural elements (T-beams, cross beams, columns, slabs, parapet, etc)
- Calculation reports
- Implementation principles and construction support perspectives with indication of levelling course if necessary.
Our missions make it possible to understand the structural condition and the level of damage of the building. We can quantify and assess the existing risks in terms of safety for the people and the property. We also produce the plans of the existing structure.
